Arrange to receive E-Statements

Enjoy a convenient, eco-friendly alternative to paper statements.

• On your My Profile page click Manage E-statements
• Confirm you’re happy for Citi to stop sending paper statements and click NEXT
• Consider which E-Statement option suits you best:
  • Receive your full statement via secure email?
  • Receive a reminder when it’s ready to view online?
• Select your preferred E-Statement option with a click.
• If arranging full E-Statement Delivery, choose a password so you can access your secure emails.
• Decide which email address you’d like your E-Statement or E-Statement Reminder sent to.
• Click NEXT to see your amended settings.
• Click CONFIRM. Your preferences are set.
