Select Service Centre on your My Citi dashboard.
Click Card Activation in the sidebar.
Use the drop-down menus to select card number.
Input Valid To Date and click CONFIRM

OR

Visit https://www.citibank.co.uk/personal/home.do or https://www.ipb.citibank.co.uk/index.htm and click Active Card located on the top left corner
Enter your 16 digit card number, valid to date, your date of birth and the unique code displayed in the box and click CONFIRM

Start your Citigold relationship

Citigold is available if you maintain a minimum average monthly balance of £150,000 (or currency equivalent) across all of your Citi UK accounts, including investments.
