Receiving your Citi Card and PIN
Your Citi Card and PIN code should reach you separately within seven days of your account being opened. If you do not receive your card or your PIN, please call us on 0800 00 55 00.
You can easily change your PIN code to something more memorable at most Link ATMs in the UK.
Telephone PIN
Your Telephone PIN (t-PIN) is a [6-digit] security code that you’ll need to access your accounts when calling CitiPhone. To create your t-PIN please call 0800 00 55 00; you may be asked to enter your card number.
