If your account has now been closed and you still have money with us and you want to transfer this money, you will need complete the following steps;

  1. Download this Fund Transfer Instructions Form and complete the editable form. Alternatively, you can also print the form, fill it in by hand, scan and save it to your PC.
  2. Once you have the form completed email it to citiukconsumerinstructions@citi.com with the subject line ‘Reclaim <your First Name and Surname>’
  3. A staff member from Citi will call you, take you through security questions and review your account balance to arrange the funds transfer.
  4. Other than the transfer of funds instruction to a bank account in your name/joint account holders name and your current valid ID/passport, we may also ask you to provide additional information and/or documentation.

Please note that the transfer of funds request can be initiated by any of the joint account holders who will be taken through additional security questions.
