  • Send money within the UK and abroad
  • Change your T-PIN via touch tone banking

Or you can use our CitiPhone automated banking service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to hear your account balance or recent transactions, send money between your UK accounts of the same currency and change your t-PIN.

The Citi Security Team will still be available 24/7 days a week on 0800 096 68 00 (or +44 203 569 99 98 if calling from outside the UK) exclusively for:


  • Reporting your Citi Debit Card as lost or stolen
  • Reporting fraud and unauthorized transactions
  • Reporting an unexpected card decline
  • Reporting receipt of a suspicious alert

It's time to start using your t-Pin

By using your t-PIN (Telephone PIN) you can:

  • Take full advantage of the telephone servicing available to you.
  • Send money to anyone, anywhere in the world.
  • Avoid answering multiple security questions to verify your identity.
  • Start servicing your account as soon as you are connected with an advisor.

You can change your t-PIN to something more memorable when calling CitiPhone and following the instructions in the self service menu.

If you don’t have your t-PIN to hand when calling CitiPhone, we can complete a security process with you, however without your t-PIN we may not be able to service all of your requirements. If you require a new t-PIN, this can be set up by calling CitiPhone or you can do it yourself through Citi Online.
