Switching to Citi

Citi is only accepting requests to open new accounts for a limited number of existing clients.

If you are an existing client looking to open a new account, please contact your relationship manager who will be pleased to support you with the eligibility checks and help facilitate this process.

It is important to note that “switching in” cannot be done via the Current Account Switch Service and would, instead, be supported by our staff who would need to replicate your payment and transfer information manually. As a result, this process is likely to take longer than seven days.
